Technology enabled philanthropy

WHEELS Global India is an Indian Arm of Wheel Global Foundation and is a non-profit foundation formed by prominent IIT alumni, to leverage work done at IITs and by IITians in India and across the world, to provide innovative technology-driven solutions to the challenges that affect the global rural population in six areas; Water, Healthcare, Energy, Education, Livelihood and Sustainability. The organization partners with other national and international NGOs and non-profit organizations towards this aim.

To provide clean drinking water using reverse osmosis purified to the beneficiaries in rural area.

Improved access to health care in rural India using local resources

Bringing the school drop outs in the main stream & upgrading the life skills of the beneficiaries through IT enabled training.

WHEELS is helping deliver simple products to rural areas where electricity was unheard of just a few years ago.

WHEELS has helped ladies co-operative societies in running various self sustainable rural business.
